1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using fusecorp.global (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only — not to any services delivered by FUSECORP under a separate written engagement, which are governed by their own contract documents.
2. About FUSECORP
FUSECORP ("FUSECORP", "we", "us") provides intelligent integration, cybersecurity, AI & data, and creative-experience services to enterprise and government customers. The corporate entity is identified in the engagement contract relevant to each customer. For inbound enquiries, contact contact@fusecorp.global.
3. Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about FUSECORP and its services. It does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract, a proposal, or a binding commitment to deliver any particular service. Service engagements are formed only when both parties sign a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or equivalent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, layout, code, designs, marks, and logos — is owned by FUSECORP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission.
5. Third-party trademarks
The names and logos of third-party technology partners displayed on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate technology partnerships and engagements. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of FUSECORP by those owners.
6. User-submitted information
When you submit information via a form, email, or other channel on this Site, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the authority to submit it, and that submission does not violate any third-party rights. Treatment of personal data submitted via the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its underlying systems; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site or any user's use of it; (d) use the Site to transmit malicious software or unlawful content; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. 8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such sites and provide such links for convenience only.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is current, accurate, or complete. Service-level commitments described on the Security page apply to delivered service engagements under contract — not to the Site itself.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FUSECORP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FUSECORP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the FUSECORP entity displayed in the relevant contract document is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any document expressly referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and FUSECORP relating to the Site and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
