We hire slowly and stay long. The work matters — government, finance, critical infrastructure — and the team is small enough that everyone’s judgement compounds in the engagement.

How we hire

    Senior teams only

    We do not staff out a junior bench. Every engagement is led and delivered by the people the customer met in the first meeting. If we cannot do the work senior, we do not take the work.

    Cross-pillar fluency

    Engineers learn data; data scientists learn security; designers learn protocol. We hire for one deep skill and one strong adjacent — that is what makes the four pillars actually fuse on a project.

    Long-term ownership

    Average tenure on the engaged team is a metric we report. People stay because they ship things they care about and see them survive in production. No body-shopping. No churn-and-rebill.

    Operate in writing

    Decisions get written down. Architectures get written down. Trade-offs get written down. If it is not written, it does not exist. The serious places of work all do this.

Where we work

Hybrid by default. We expect senior team members in-region with the customer for the Discovery and Design phases, and one in-person week per quarter thereafter. Otherwise, we are remote. We do not relocate people against their will.
